As for convincing 3 people, I think this is not as easy as it sounds. The risk of approaching a member who will be extremely alarmed by such a proposal is high and would immediately sound the alarm bell to get the member jousted and replaced from the multisig.

And to add to that, who signs what transactions is visible on-chain and clearly visible on the Gnosis Safe page as well.
