Is there any REN faucet on Kovan?

Hi, we are developing a Ren pool and wondering if there is any REN faucet on Kovan to get some test tokens from.

We found this post https://medium.com/renproject/republic-protocol-testnet-release-4a340ccfbf27 but the REN exchange seems down.

Maybe @MaxRoszko have the answer?
