Since the update my dark nodes are only registered not indicating operational anymore. Any thoughts?

My DN says the same. I think it has to do with the Greycore transition.
It’s related to the mainnet upgrade, it will take some time before the CC shows things correctly, but if the node said ‘Registered’ everything is fine
